  • Children from 3 years old – as prescribed by a physician: dissolve the contents of 1 stick in ½ glass (100 ml) of drinking water at room temperature and take 1–2 sticks per day.
  • Adults: dissolve the contents of 1 stick (10 ml) in 100 ml of drinking water at room temperature and take 2–3 sticks per day after meals or as recommended by a doctor.
